This Privacy Policy explains what information OmniWise LLC ("OmniWise," "we," "us," or "our") collects through omniwise.co, and how we handle it. It covers this website only — our portfolio products, including BiteWise, are separate experiences with their own privacy policies. See "Our portfolio products" below.
Information we collect
The only information this site collects is what you choose to submit through the feedback form: your name, email address, the product your feedback concerns, a star rating, and your written comments.
We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this site. Browsing the site alone does not generate any data collection.
How we use it
- To read and respond to your feedback
- To identify patterns across feedback so we can improve our products and this site
- To reply to you directly when a response is warranted
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it's stored
The feedback form is provided by Google Forms. Submissions are stored in a Google Sheet and trigger an email notification to our team. Google processes this data on our behalf as part of operating the form; see Google's Privacy Policy for details on their handling of it. We do not share your feedback with any other party.
Data retention
We retain feedback submissions for as long as they remain useful to improving our products, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Security
We rely on the security measures of the infrastructure providers we use to operate this site and process feedback, including Google's platform safeguards. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our portfolio products
OmniWise is a holding company. Each product we build — starting with BiteWise — is its own experience, governed by its own privacy policy, particularly where a product handles more sensitive information, such as health conditions or medications. Use of a portfolio product is governed by that product's own privacy policy, not this one.
Your choices
You may ask us to delete feedback you've submitted, or ask what information we hold about you, by emailing support@omniwise.co. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here, with the date at the top revised accordingly.
